ABOUT ME

Art Berlanga, they call him “Coach B,” is a certified mental performance coach (MPM Certified), award-winning football coach, educator, TEDx Talk speaker, keynote speaker, 2-time bestselling co-author and an international bestseller. 

Coach Berlanga has been coaching both high school and/or college athletes for sixteen (16) years. He has been nationally recognized by the U.S. Marine Corps and Glazier Clinics with the “Semper Fi Coach Award” of Northern California. He also has been awarded by KSBW Action News 8 as the “Golden Whistle" Coach of the Year Award. In addition, while coaching at the community college level for four (4) years, he helped eighteen (18) Junior College student-athletes earn athletic scholarships to continue their athletic careers at the 4-year level.

In addition to his coaching abilities, coach Berlanga is a nationally recognized speaker. Most notably, he spoke for TEDxSantaCatalinaSchool (Monterey, CA) and was a keynote speaker for Northwestern Mutual "Leading The Way" Conference and has been interviewed on over fifteen (15) podcasts. Coach Berlanga is also a published author. He is a 2-time Amazon #1 bestselling co-author and an international bestselling co-author for his contribution to the books: The Impact of Influence Vol. 2 and Power Talk Vol. 1.  

Due to coach Berlanga's service to his community and exhibition of transformational leadership, he has been recognized as the "Spotlight Leader of the Year” by the  City of Gonzales (CA) and was honored by his alma mater college, Colorado Mesa University, as the Under 40 “Who’s Who Young Alumni Award” for such community contributions and his success as a coach.
